de diversas clases, consagraciones especiales o explcitas en materia de derecho ambiental y el bloque de constitucionalidad han permitido la construccin real del concepto que se puede visualizar en diversos movimientos sociales, ambientalistas y de proteccin de la Madre Tierra, pactos sociales y polticos de diversos actores territoriales y nacionales, y pronunciamientos jurisprudenciales "herticos", para la doctrina tradicional, que incluso han permitido pensar en una reforma constitucional para insertar esta novedosa categora en el Texto Poltico de 1991.
