Le ministère des Armées emploie des civils avec un recrutement de 4 000 postes par an. Ceux-ci jouent un rôle majeur pour le bon fonctionnement des forces. Les compétences recherchées couvrent un large éventail et participent au renouvellement des capacités. Cette dimension de l’humain est un atout pour notre défense.
