Les dispositifs et interfaces numériques constituent aujourd’hui une part importante de notre environnement. Au-delà des murs de la maison, la domotique officie aussi dans l’automobile. L’auteur vise à expliciter certaines incidences de la technique sur l’oral numérique dans l’espace automobile, en analysant les comportements langagiers induits par le dispositif lui-même. Après avoir présenté le cadre domotique de l’habitacle de l’automobile et sa perspective sur les dispositifs techno-langagiers, l’auteur explorera les différents aspects du formatage discursif et interactionnel à partir d’un dispositif concret avant de conclure sur la « mécanisation » du langage telle que ce contexte d’observation permet de la saisir.
