Abstract
Le rapport humain et animal existe depuis des millénaires. Cependant, le regard contemporain face à l’animal est remis en question et soulève depuis de longues années des mouvements des activistes environnementaux. Alors que d’aucun s’organise en réseaux pour croitre leur capital au détriment de démunis, le développement du contact humain-animal devient une courroie de réservoir épidémique et pandémique et complexifie la santé publique et par y cocher fragilise l’économie mondiale. Cette problématique s’amplifie et est d’actualité depuis l’apparition du Coronavirus (COVID-19). Ce travail, s’inscrivant dans le courant de critique sociétale, tente de démontrer au fil du temps la dégradation du rapport homme-animal et soulève l’élément organisationnel de ce bris de considération.
