Abstract
Uma nova configuracao social esta se desenvolvendo a partir de mudancas na economia, nos avancos tecnologicos, na precarizacao do trabalho e na reducao dos direitos. Em paralelo, o empreendedorismo surge como solucao para o futuro. Os dados do empreendedorismo sao promissores, se observado o numero de pessoas que abrem uma empresa ou que se tornam microempreendedores, mas revelam uma realidade bem diferente quando se analisa o numero de negocios que fecham em pouco tempo, a renda minima que cada empreendedor consegue ganhar, as condicoes de trabalho e os impactos na saude mental. Por que tantos perfis nas redes sociais digitais exploram a ideia de sucesso atrelado ao empreendedorismo? Para Dardot e Laval (2016) isso se deve ao neoliberalismo que deseja transformar cada pessoa em um sujeito empreendedor. O objetivo do estudo e a analise da narrativa do sucesso empreendedor criada nas redes sociais digitais para a construcao de um imaginario neoliberal. Analizando perfis, no Instagram, que possuem uma grande quantidade de seguidores e que falam sobre empreendorismo foi possivel identificar os discursos que alimentam essa narrativa. Sao discursos de autogerenciamento em que o sucesso depende do sujeito, mas que se ele fracassar, basta continuar tentando. Desse modo, o sujeito e responsavel por qualquer resultado que aconteca e passa a alimentar a narrativa, se apropriando do discurso. Alem disso, utilizam figuras publicas que passam a ideia de que basta ser jovem, ter uma ideia brilhante que o sucesso estara garantido. Essa narrativa lanca as pessoas em uma nova corrida pelo ouro.
