Chikita Mann, MSN, RN, CCM, is a Commissioner of the Commission for Case Manager Certification (CCMC), the first and largest nationally accredited organization that provides certification to more than 48,000 Certified Case Managers and 2,300 Certified Disability Management Specialists. She serves on the CCMC Executive Board as the 2019–2020 Treasurer. Chikita has 22 years of experience in disability case management, specifically workers' compensation case management. Areas she is passionate about include care coordination for the LGBTQ individual, empathy and compassion, advocacy, medication reconciliation, and the effect of comorbidities on care coordination.
