Abstract
The paper describes the policy framework for the preparation and implementation of the ozone-depleting substances phase-out strategy in refrigeration service sectors, mainly based on discussions and decisions made during the Executive Committee meetings of the Multilateral Funds for the implementation of the Montreal Protocol.
