Abstract
This article presents current considerations about the care provided to persons dealing with an emergent psychotic disorder in an adult psychiatry sector in the Hauts-de-Seine region of France. What care should be provided for what region? How can specialized intersectoral care be provided within the existing sectoral system? We base our answers to these questions on the 2017 Canadian Ministry of Health and Social Services framework.
