Abstract
El presente es un libro resultado de investigaciones promovidas por el proyecto de investigación de convocatoria interna de la Corporación Universitaria del Caribe – CECAR titulado Análisis socio jurídico de las acciones socialmente responsables de las multinacionales mexicanas y colombianas orientadas hacia el respeto, protección y realización de De- rechos Humanos y construcción de paz, específicamente en el desarrollo de este último componente, adscrito al Grupo de Investigación GIS- CER, editado desde el Centro de Investigaciones Sociojurídicas CIS de la Facultad de Derecho y Ciencias Políticas.La pertinencia de este libro radica en la apuesta del Derecho y las lógicas por la justicia a través del análisis y transformación que se pueda lograr desde la academia, lo cual se evidencia en cada uno declos capítulos que lo conforman. Propiamente, el Derecho a través de sus principios, reglas y normas jurídicas se ha constituido como un conjunto de directrices a través de las cuales se organiza la convivencia social y se compenetran los intereses individuales en aras de lograr armonía entre las personas.También se ha constituido como un método que busca la solución de conflictos de manera pacífica y justa, garantizando a las personas de la comunidad un buen vivir; lo anterior sobre la base de la búsqueda de la realización de principios de vida e ideales de justicia como la igualdad, la libertad y la solidaridad, al lado de derechos individuales como la propiedad.
