Abstract
L’auteur décrit les rencontres significatives et les intuitions qui, tôt, le poussent vers la psychologie. Sept années à Montréal d’expérience psychiatrique et de formation à la Gestalt pour fonder et diriger plusieurs instituts de Gestalt en France. Sa découverte de la « thérapie de la concentration » de Perls le sépare de la psychanalyse et approfondit sa posture méditative. Son expérience en Amazonie lui donne des moyens de modifier son « état d’être » et de contacter un océan d’ awareness . Qu’est-ce qui fait que l’auteur est resté Gestalt-thérapeute pendant quarante-cinq ans ? C’est une longue quête du sens de l’ awareness !
