Abstract
Työ on tehty tukemaan Alfa Laval Aalborg Oy:n tuotekehitysprojektia. Työn tavoitteena on tarkastella systemaattisesti turbogeneraattorin verkkoliityntää. Työssä esitellään kuumien savukaasujen lämmöntalteenottokattilalaitoksen komponentteja ja toimintaa. Kattilalaitoksen automaatio esitellään ja kehityskohteita tutkitaan. Turbogeneraattorijärjestelmään liittyvät keskijännite- ja automaatiolaitteet esitellään ja niistä tutkitaan suunnittelussa huomioon otettavia reunaehtoja. \n \nTyö on toteutettu tutkimalla systemaattisesti laitteiden ominaisuuksia, mitoitusperusteita ja niille asetettuja vaatimuksia. Työssä on käytetty myös todellisten voimalaitosten arvoja ja tilanteita havainnollistamaan käytännön sovelluksia. Työssä tuodaan esille yrityksen sähkösuunnitteluun tulevia muutoksia laajemman toimituskokonaisuuden myötä. Työtehtävien jakautumista käsitellään järjestelmätoimituksen näkökulmasta ja siitä, miten resursointi pystytään toteuttamaan. \n \nLopputuloksena saadaan kokonaiskuva höyryvoimalaitoksen toiminnasta ja kokoonpanosta. Työn muodostama kokonaisuus tarjoaa uudelle suunnittelijalle pohjatiedot kyseisen laitoksen suunnittelun aloittamisesta.
