Abstract
Ce numéro thématique entend questionner le rôle des formes plurielles du droit dans la production des spatialités de la vie en société, et cela à différentes échelles. En effet, comme le droit contribue à la régulation sociale et politique, ses effets spatiaux aussi bien matériels qu’idéels méritent attention. L’un des enjeux du numéro thématique est d’éclairer la multiplication et la diversification des niveaux de production et d’exécution du droit. Cette introduction vise à situer les articles du présent dossier en soulignant leur contribution à la consolidation de la géographie du droit, champ de recherche international (initié dans les pays anglo-saxons mais dynamique en France et au Québec depuis une dizaine d’années) et interdisciplinaire (comme l’attestent notamment les contributions de juristes au présent numéro).
