การศกษาภาวะการมงานทำและความพงพอใจในการทำงานของบณฑตคณะเศรษฐศาสตรและ บรหารธรกจ มหาวทยาลยทกษณ ทสำเรจการศกษา ปการศกษา 2552 จำนวน 599 คน ผลการศกษา พบวาบณฑตมงานทำรอยละ 76 ใชเวลาในการหางาน 1-3 เดอน บณฑตสาขาวชาการจดการคาปลกมงานทำมากทสด 3 ใน 4 ของบณฑตทเขาสตลาดแรงงานเปนพนกงานบรษท/ธรกจเอกชน บณฑตไดรบเงนเดอนเฉลย 9,333.72 บาท และ บณฑตไดทำงานตรงกบสาขาวชาเอกและสามารถนำความรทเรยนไปประยกตใชรอยละ 65ทกษะการใชคอมพวเตอรเปนความรความสามารถพเศษทบณฑตใหความเหนวามความสำคญมากทสด โดยรวมบณฑตมความพงพอใจในการทำงานคดเปนรอยละ 76 ปจจย ดานผลการเรยนตลอดหลกสตร ความรความสามารถพเศษและการนำความรไปประยกตใช มอทธพลตอความพงพอใจในการทำงาน ณ ระดบนยสำคญ 0.01, 0.05 และ 0.10 ตามลำดบ คำสำคญ:ภาวะการมงานทำความพงพอใจในการทำงาน บณฑต The study of employment status and job satisfaction of the graduates of the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration of Thaksin University in academic year 2009 shows the results that the graduates are employed 76% and they can find their jobs between one and three months. The most employable graduates are in the field of retail management. Three-quarter of graduates entering the labor market are office workers and business owners. The average salary of the graduates is 9,333.72 baht. They work in the field they had studied and 65% of the graduates said that they have applied their knowledge in their current job. Moreover, they consider computer skills to be the most important skill in working. Overall job satisfaction for graduates is 76%. The factors that affect the graduates’ job satisfaction are their cumulative grade point average, special skills and application of their knowledge in working with the significance level of 0.01, 0.05 and 0.10 respectively.
