Abstract
In the clause « the Discretion in activity of military officials: the conflict of interests and ways of their sanction » are analyzed discretionary powers of military officials. The reasons of removal of decisions under the discretion of officials come to light and ways of minimization of such subjective decisions are offered by administratively-legal means directed, first of all, on preventive maintenance and prevention of corruption in the military environment. Besides authors make attempt to connect with concept of the discretion a definition « the conflict of interests » which practically always is present at mutual relations of the chief and the subordinate. In work the conclusion about necessity of expansion of legislative definition of the conflict of interests is done, having included in it except for benefit of property character and other personal motives.
