Abstract
O tema do presente artigo é a leitura de Levinas a respeito da fenomenologia de Husserl. O objetivo geral é apresentar como Emmanuel Levinas leu e compreendeu a fenomenologia husserliana, sua base fenomenológica e sua crítica a reducionismo cognoscente. Os objetivos específicos se desdobram nos subtítulos: exposição e crítica de Levinas ao ‘Eu cognoscente’ em Husserl; crítica à sensibilidade e temporalidade sincronizante como impedimento à dimensão temporal; o anonimato do sujeito: absorção no Ser; por um resgate da subjetividade: começar pela fenomenologia; pela superação da ‘Egologia’: a consciência não-intencional; a redução ao pré-originário: do Dito ao Dizer. É importante destacar, para perceber a justificativa do texto, que para entender a alteridade ética em Levinas, se faz pontual entrar na fenomenologia e seus conceitos, sua apropriação e crítica levinasiana, na tentativa de superação do solipsismo e sua abertura para Outrem. A metodologia utilizada é bibliográfica. Os resultados alcançados é o entendimento hermenêutico das principais noções fenomenológicas de Husserl e a crítica de Levinas, abrindo caminho para a alteridade e subjetividade, para a hospitalidade e aprendizagem com o Outro, sem negar o eu, porém, estabelecendo relação ética e responsabilidade com Outrem.
