Abstract
The summary: The basic preconditions of reorganization of a preschool education in the end of the 20th century are analyzed in this article. The periodization of process of varied preschool education programs creation is represented. Approaches to classification of programs for preschool centers are defined. The retrospective analysis of the process consisting in creation preschool centers's programs within the context of development theory and practice of education is realized.
