L’article propose une conception clinique et théorique relative au maniement du dessin d’enfant en consultation familiale. Le cadre théorique est la psychanalyse familiale et groupale. À partir d’une vignette clinique, nous montrons comment le maniement de la production graphique spontanée en consultation familiale mobilise l’imaginaire groupal et les capacités d’élaboration familiale dans une situation où les espaces psychiques, individuel et familial, ont été effractés par la violence de l’abus sexuel intrafamilial. Nous dégageons quelques règles dans le maniement du dessin, telles que la manière de le présenter à la famille, l’associativité en groupe, la circularité des échanges, l’objet de l’interprétation et la vigilance par rapport aux risques d’empiétement sur l’espace psychique de l’enfant.
