Abstract

Penurunan fungsi kognitif seringkali memengaruhi keberfungsian, kualitas hidup, dan integrasi penyintas kanker payudara di komunitasnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan penurunan fungsi kognitif terhadap kualitas hidup penyintas kanker payudara pasca-kemoterapi. Penelitian desain crosssectional ini dilakukan di Rumah Sakit Kanker Dharmais. Responden sebanyak 110 yang diidentifikasi menggunakan metode purposif. Kuesioner untuk mengukur fungsi kognitif adalah Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) versi Indonesia dan EORTC QLQ C30 untuk kualitas hidup. Rerata skor visuospasial/ eksekutif adalah 4,30 (0,80), penamaan 2,76 (0,45), atensi 4,25 (1,16), bahasa 2,39 (0,80), abstraksi 1,63 (0,52), delayed recall 2,17 (1,01), dan orientasi 5,88 (036). Rerata skor kualitas hidup lebih rendah pada kelompok yang mengalami penurunan fungsi kognitif dibandingkan dengan kelompok yang normal, yaitu 56,76 (13,04) dan 79,47 (10,05), p <0.001. Kesimpulan, penurunan fungsi kognitif berkontribusi terhadap kualitas hidup. Rekomendasi, pengkajian fungsi kognitif dilakukan secara rutin oleh perawat dan perlunya intervensi untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup para penyintas.
