Abstract
Lug Leger: Hacia el final de mi plan de estudios en una escuela secundaria privada, tuve que decidir en qué campo me matricularía en la universidad. Eso no fue fácil, estaba dudando entre medicina, ingeniería… y educación física. Mi amor por el deporte y el estilo de vida del ejercicio finalmente me decidió a registrarme en la Universidad de Montreal en Educación Física.
