FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI STRUKTUR MODAL PADA PERUSAHAAN FOOD AND BEVERAGE

Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan memberikan bukti empiris pengaruh Profitabilitas, Likuiditas, Struktur Aktiva, Pertumbuhan Penjualan terhadap Struktur Modal pada Perusahaan Food and Beverage yang terdataftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2014-2018. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 26 Perusahaan. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Sehinggadiperoleh sampel berjumlah 13 Perusahaan.Analisis data yang digunakan adalah Uji Asumsi Klasik, Uji hipotesis dan Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda.Hasil pengujian hipotesis membuktikan bahwa variabel Profitabilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Struktur Modal perusahaan, variabel Likuiditas berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Struktur Modal perusahaan, variabel Struktur Aktiva berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Struktur Modal dan Pertumbuhan Penjualanberpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Struktur Modal perusahaan. Hasil Ujimenunjukkan variabel Profitabilitas, Likuiditas, Struktur Aktiva, dan Pertumbuhan Penjualan mampu menjelaskan sebesar 55,4% terhadap variabel Struktur Modal perusahaan sedangkan sisanya 44,6% dijelaskan oleh sebab-sebab lain.
