Cette étude explore les figures parentales de quatre enfants âgés entre 5 et 10 ans exposés à la violence conjugale. Les données sont recueillies à partir de trois planches du Children’s Apperception Test et les difficultés d’adaptation sont recueillies à l’aide du Child Behavior Checklist . Des points communs sont remarqués entre les enfants : l’anxiété envers la figure maternelle, l’évitement et l’inhibition, ainsi que l’absence de triangulation typique du conflit oedipien. De plus, trois enfants sur quatre perçoivent une figure paternelle faible et impuissante. Une meilleure connaissance des figures parentales permet d’améliorer les interventions menées auprès de ces enfants.
