Sektor pariwisata di Indonesia masih menduduki peranan yang sangat penting dalam menunjang pembangunan nasional sekaligus merupakan salah satu faktor yang sangat strategis untuk meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat dan devisa Negara. Meningkatnya sektor pariwisata mendorong perubahan guna lahan yang mempengaruhi perubahan permukiman di sekitar kawasan pariwisata. Seperti yang terjadi di Situ Cileunca di Kecamatan Pangalengan, Kabupaten Bandung. Metode untuk artikel ini bersifat eksploratif dengan pengambilan data secara observasi langsung terhadap perubahan permukiman Situ Cileunca. Baik dari kondisi fisik bangunan kawasan maupun perumahan warga yang berada di sekitar kawasan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perubahan baik perubahan fungsi lahan, perumahan masyarakat, maupun bangunan di kawasan Situ Cileunca akibat pariwisata.
