serafin-ph introduit le modèle de la Classification internationale du fonctionnement dans la gestion et la tarification des établissements sociaux et médico-sociaux. Nombre d’ esms puisent depuis longtemps dans d’autres modèles pour adapter leurs offres de services au plus près des personnes. Des approches alternatives bio-psychosociales restent-elles possibles ? Nous supposons que oui. serafin-ph peut y trouver une forme de réponse légitime à la question du lien entre besoins et prestations. Le pass-par semble la version la plus aboutie de réponse à la question de ce lien.
