En contexte de crise, il faut être positif, dit-on. Ça va bien aller… ou pas ? Et si c’était plus compliqué qu’il n’y paraît ? La notion de travail émotionnel, peu connue hors des cercles universitaires, est pourtant d’intérêt pour plusieurs employés qui vivent une telle situation dans leur quotidien. En effet, c’est un des angles morts et un des tabous du monde des entreprises.
