Após décadas de plurais engajamentos em defesa de um Ensino crítico, vemos surgir um projeto delei associado a um movimento que argumenta falar em favor da família, da neutralidade e liberdade de pensamentosupostamente em risco. Denominado Programa Escola Sem Partido, tal movimento imputa aos docentes dos diversossegmentos de Ensino “abuso do direito de ensinar”, promovido por “doutrinação política” e “ideologia de gênero”.Considerando a Constituição da República e a Lei de Diretrizes e Bases da Educação Brasileira, procuro tratar asnoções de neutralidade, ideologia, assim como do papel formativo da Educação Formal, dos Estudos de Gênero,da Filosofia e das Ciências Sociais. Ao fazê-lo, pretendo ter situado a importância de uma Educação antisexista paraa desconstrução da ideologia de gênero.
