Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji tentang nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter yang terkandung dalam teks al-Barzanji. Metode yang digunakan adalah dokumentasi yakni menelaah dokumen tertulis, baik primer maupun sekunder. Analisis atas data diawali dengan mereduksi data untuk mendapatkan informasi yang lebih fokus pada persoalan yang dijawab, kemudian dideskripsikan secara naratif kemudian dianalisis dan disimpulkan. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa nilai-nilai pendidikan akhlak yang terkandung dalam kitab al-Barzanji karya Syaikh Ja’far al-Barzanji adalah sebagai berikut: a) Akhlak dalam pergaulan, b) Akhlak terhadap anak, c) Akhlak kepada Allah swt., d) Akhlak kepada orang tua, e) Akhlak terhadap profesi, f) Akhlak untuk selalu bermusyawarah, g) Akhlak terhadap orang yang telah mendholimi, h) Akhlak terhadap keluarga, i) Akhlak terhadap orang lemah, j) Akhlak dalam kemarahan, k) Akhlak dalam kesederhanaan
