Abstract
O objetivo deste trabalho consiste em analisar as possíveis implicações da reforma do Ensino Médio promovida pela lei no 13.415/2017 para a rede pública estadual de educação de Alagoas. Desta forma, adotou-se a perspectiva materialista-histórica, com foco na pesquisa bibliográfica e documental dos marcos legais nacionais e estaduais, como o Guia de Implementação do Novo Ensino Médio e o Plano de Acompanhamento das Propostas de Flexibilização Curricular do sistema estadual de educação alagoano. Os autores consultados para análise dos dispositivos legais foram: Kuenzer (2017), Saviani (2003) Ferretti; Zibas e Tarturce (2004), entre outros. Conclui-se que, de modo semelhante ao que é proposto na esfera nacional, no estado de Alagoas, o modelo experimental adotado encontra-se alinhado aos imperativos do novo modelo produtivo que demanda uma formação marcada por diretrizes como projeto de vida, protagonismo e individualismo, que visam ofuscar as bases da real causa da desigualdade social.
