Abstract
わが国における小児鼻アレルギー診療の中心は，現状では薬物療法である。しかし，薬物療法はあくまでも対症療法であり，鼻アレルギーの根本的な治療になるわけではない。アレルゲン免疫療法（AIT）は，唯一根治の可能性のある治療法であり，古くより皮下免疫療法（SCIT）が行われてきたが，稀にアナフィラキシーなどの重篤な副作用があり，日本では普及してこなかった。より安全性の高い舌下免疫療法（SLIT）は，欧州を中心に普及し，2014年よりわが国でもスギ花粉舌下液の販売が開始された。その後，ダニ舌下錠が登場し，世界に先駆けてわが国でのみ小児に対する適応が取得された。SLITを含めたAITは小児に対して有効な治療法であり，さらなる普及が期待される。
