Abstract
Cette étude porte sur les effets de la mise en œuvre d’un dispositif de développement professionnel appelé « cercle pédagogique » sur les pratiques effec-tives des enseignants participants. Des observations sur vidéo, réalisées dans la classe des participants, avant et après la formation d’une durée d’un an ont permis de constater que la majorité des enseignants a développé, d’une part, des savoirs grammaticaux acquis lors de la formation, soit un métalangage et un raisonnement grammatical et, d’autre part, des pratiques pédagogiques liées au cadre con-ceptuel de la didactique de la grammaire actuelle. La discussion porte sur les caractéristiques du cercle pédagogique qui contribuent au développement des pratiques pédagogiques et des savoirs liés à la grammaire actuelle et à son enseignement.
