Abstract
Les entreprises plus profitables partagent une partie de leurs profits avec leurs travailleurs sous la forme de salaires plus élevés. Ce phénomène s’appelle le partage de la rente et existe dans de nombreux pays. Certaines études vont plus loin dans l’analyse en examinant le rôle joué par différentes variables modératrices (e.g. le genre, le niveau d’éducation, l’ancienneté, le niveau de négociation collective, le pays de naissance). L’objectif de ce papier est de fournir un résumé de la littérature consacrée au partage de la rente, en apportant une analyse plus approfondie du marché du travail belge, et d’approcher les différences d’estimation dans ce phénomène en fonction du pays de naissance du travailleur.
