A Política Nacional e a Política do estado de Rondônia para Educação Especial: alguns apontamentos

Abstract
Este estudo teve como objetivo analisar e problematizar a politica de Educacao Especial em Rondonia, com base na Politica Nacional de Educacao Especial na Perspectiva da Educacao Inclusiva. Como procedimento metodologico foi utilizada a pesquisa documental. A coleta de dados foi realizada por meio da consulta aos documentos nacionais e os do Estado de Rondonia. A analise dos dados foi realizada considerando algumas categorias: i) conceitualizacao da Educacao Especial e Inclusiva; ii) publico-alvo da Educacao Especial; iii) avaliacao do publico-alvo da Educacao Especial. Os resultados indicam que a politica de Rondonia reproduz a politica nacional nos seguintes aspectos: a) nao propoe diretrizes para o monitoramento das acoes realizadas; b) necessita de mudancas a partir da promulgacao de normas que devem considerar a realidade do Estado; e c) ha erros conceituais e de implementacao e na organizacao do sistema educacional para inclusao escolar e no proprio Atendimento Educacional Especializado.
