تقییم فاعلیة أسالیب التسویق التأثیری عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعی لدى الشباب الجامعی: دراسة کیفیة

Abstract
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد مفهوم التسويق التأثيري من المنظور الکلي والذي يشمل کافة مجالات التسويق عبر المؤثرين سواء في المجال التجاري أو السياسي أو الاجتماعي عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، ولا يقتصر البحث على المنظور الجزئي والذي ينصب على الجانب التجاري فقط، وتتسع دائرة البحث لتشمل دراسة سمات المؤثرين وماهيتهم، وتقييم أساليب التسويق التأثيري واستراتيجياته المختلفة من وجهة نظر الطلاب الجامعيين في عينة من الجامعات الحکومية والخاصة المصرية (جامعة القاهرة– جامعة سيناء- الجامعة العربية المفتوحة فرع القاهرة- المعهد الکندي العالي للإعلام)، وذلک من خلال دراسة کيفية خلال 10 مجموعات مناقشة مرکزة لاستکشاف المفهوم، وتحليل الاستراتيجيات، وتحديد أشهر المؤثرين الحاليين، وتقييم الأساليب التسويقية التأثيرية الأکثر تداولًا عبر مواقع التواصل. وقد أسفرت أهم نتائج الدراسة الکيفية على إدراک أغلبية الطلاب لمفهوم التسويق التأثيري من خلال متابعتهم للإعلانات الممولة للمؤثرين خاصة على موقعي الفيسبوک وإنستجرام، وتمثل أهم المؤثرين الذين يحظون بمتابعة عينة الدراسة في (أحمد الغندور- حسام هيکل– أحمد حجاج– هالة سمير- شادي سرور- بسنت نور الدين- إيمان الإمام- أندرو أشرف- شريف الفايد.. وغيرهم) وتمثلت أهم الأساليب التسويقية الأکثر کفاءة من وجهة نظر عينة الدراسة في (تسويق المنتج من خلال استخدام الوسائط المتعددة– استثمار الحنين الفطري للماضي في المحتوى التسويقي- تسويق المنتج من خلال نشر التفاؤل والأخبار السعيدة والإنجازات– ربط المنتج بالمناسبات والأعياد- جعل المنتج ضمن نمط حياة المؤثر)، وبالنسبة لتقييم عينة الدراسة لهذا النمط التسويقي فانقسمت الآراء لاتجاهين، الأول: اتجاه الأغلبية حيث ترى أغلبية أفراد العينة أن التسويق التأثيري أداة جديدة تسويقيًا وفعالة. والثاني: اتجاه الأقلية الذين يرون العکس أنه تسويق خادع وغير مؤثر في الأهداف التسويقية ولا يحقق مبيعات للعلامات التجارية. Evaluating the Effectiveness of Social Media Influential Marketing Methods for University Youth qualitative study This study aims to define the concept of influencer marketing from a holistic perspective, which includes all areas of influencer marketing, whether in the commercial, political or social fields through social media, and the research is not limited to the partial perspective that focuses on the commercial side only, and the research circle extends to include the study of features Influencers and their identity, and evaluating the various influencer marketing methods and strategies from the viewpoint of university students in a sample of Egyptian public and private universities (Cairo University - Sinai University - Arab Open University Cairo Branch - Canadian Higher Institute for mass communication) by qualitative study, through 10 focus groups, to explore Concept, strategy analysis, identification of the most popular current influencers, and evaluation of the most popular influencer marketing methods on social media. The most important results of the qualitative study resulted in the majority of students realizing the concept of influencer marketing by following up on advertisements funded by influencers, especially on Facebook and Instagram, and the most important influencers who enjoy following the study sample are in (Ahmed Al-Ghandour - Hussam Heikal - Ahmed Hajjaj - Hala Samir - Shady Sorour - Basant Nour Al-Din - Iman Al-Imam - Andrew Ashraf - Sherif Al-Fayed ... and others) and the most efficient marketing methods from the point of view of the study sample were (Marketing the product through the use of multimedia - Investing the innate nostalgia for the past in the marketing content - Marketing the product through Spreading optimism, happy news and achievements - linking the product to events and holidays - making the product within the lifestyle of the influencer). As for the study sample evaluation of this marketing style, opinions were divided into two directions, the first: the majority direction, where the majority of the sample members see that influential marketing is a new and effective marketing tool, and the second: the minority trend Those who see the opposite as deceptive and ineffective marketing that do not generate brand sales
