Abstract
Abstrak: Gedung Kantor Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata yang didesain terdiri dari 10 lantai, dan berukuran 30 m 56 m. Lokasi gedung berada di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta yang merupakan kawasan dengan tingkat gempa tinggi. Konstruksi Gedung Perkantoran menggunakan struktur baja karena memiliki keuntungan yaitu beban menjadi ringan. Agar struktur terhindar dari bahaya tekuk atau puntir pada saat terjadi gempa, maka dipasang struktur bresing sebagai pengaku. Pada perencanaan ini digunakan bresing tipe x-2 (two story x) yaitu dipasang tiap 2 lantai.Perencanaan struktur menggunakan acuan Tata Cara Perencanaan Struktur Baja Untuk Bangunan Gedung SNI 03-1729-2002. Perhitungan beban gempa menggunakan acuan Tata Cara Perencanaan Ketahanan Gempa Untuk Struktur Bangunan Gedung Maupun Non Gedung SNI 1726-2012. Mutu baja fy adalah BJ 41 dan mutu beton f’c adalah 35 MPa. Analisa struktur menggunakan progam bantu SAP 2000 v19.Setelah dilakukan analisa, diketahui bahwa Gedung Kantor Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata memiliki nilai simpangan horisontal yang terjadi lebih kecil dari nilai simpangan ijin (delta a), dan didapatkan dimensi profil yang cukup untuk menahan beban bekerja. Dimensi kolom adalah WF 400.400.30.50, dimensi bresing WF 350.350.19.19, dimensi balok induk lantai WF 400.400.16.24, dimensi balok induk atap WF 400.300.10.16, dimensi balok anak lantai WF 350.350.19.19, dan dimensi balok anak atap WF 300.300.15.15.
