Abstract
Hipertensi adalah meningkatnya tekanan darah seseorang, dengan tekanan sistolik lebih dari 120 mmHg dan diastolik lebih dari 90 mmHg, pada pemeriksaan berulang. Hipertensi merupakan silent killer, menimbulkan ancaman kematian. Hipertensi membutuhkan pengobatan teratur.Banyak orang yang tidak menyadari terkena hipertensi, sehingga penting untuk cek kesehatan. Hipertensi 78,4 % tidak melakukan pengobatan teratur di wilayah Puskesmas Paninjauan. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk mencegah faktor resiko penyakit hipertensi dan pengobatan secara teratur penderita. Mengatasi penyakit hipertensi ini, diperlukan terobosan dalam mengantisipasi faktor resiko penyakit hipertensi dan mengobatinya. Metode yang dilakukan adalah Tim FKM Unand membentuk Tim Gerak Cepat (TGC) dengan kegiatan penyuluhan mengenai hipertensi kepada kader serta tokoh masyarakat dengan dukungan Wali Nagari. Pertemuan diawali dengan pembagian leaflet ke masyarakat, pengarahan Kepala Puskesmas Paninjauan dan Wali Nagari. Labuah Panjang, sosialisasi penyakit hipertensi, penyampaian inovasi untuk penanggulangan masalah hipertensi berupa pembentukan TGC Hipertensi yang melibatkan puskesmas, masyarakat serta kader. Tim Gerak Cepat ini berhasil dibentuk dan diresmikan dengan penandatanganan Surat Keputusan TGC Hipertensi oleh Wali Nagari Labuah Panjang. Terbentuknya TGC Hipertensi ini merupakan wujud nyata komitmen masyarakat, tokoh masyarakat, wali nagari serta Puskesmas Paninjauan untuk peduli hipertensi. Puskesmas Paninjawan melakukan pembinaan TGC Hipertensi yang menjadi percontohan Nagari Sadar Hipertensi di wilayah kerjanya.
