Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

sponsorship: B.M.S. received support from Canadian Institutes of Health Research PJT-162335 and NIH/NHLBI R01-HL130506. M.K. received support from the Parker B. Francis Fellowship Program and the Canada Research Chair Program (Tier II). Permission to study the unused donor lungs that served as controls at the University of Pennsylvania Hospital was obtained with the approval of the University of Pennsylvania Hospital Institutional Review Board from the donor's next of kin under the conditions described by the Gift of Life Donor Program. At the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, the permission was obtained in accordance with Belgian law, according to which all eligible individuals automatically become donors and organs not required or of insufficient quality can be released for research. Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
