Abstract
ResumoO artigo destaca a importância da gestão inteligente da informação para a análise da dinâmica econômica e urbanística dos centros urbanos a serviço do gestor público e do cidadão.No estudo, é analisada a evolução do licenciamento em Fortaleza a partir de plataformas implementadas na gestão pública da capital cearense nos últimos anos.Por meio da análise dos dados para o setor comercial em Fortaleza, propõe-se demonstrar as possibilidades que a ferramenta de gestão inteligente dos dados proporciona para a tomada de decisão do gestor público, a fim de subsidiar o planejamento urbano e econômico, e do setor privado, para a orientação de investimentos na esfera produtiva.
