Abstract

O presente texto tem como finalidade discutir alguns elementos identificados em uma pesquisa cujo objetivo era conhecer a percepção de professores e gestores sobre as políticas educacionais e como essas transformavam suas práticas. Para isso, contou com o suporte teórico de autores como Stephen Ball (1994, 2001), Faircolugh (2016) , Gentili (1998) , , Dardot e Laval (2016), dentre outros e utilizou como recursos metodológicos além da leitura de documentos, aplicação de questionário e realização de entrevistas. O referido estudo sinalizou entre outros aspectos, a presença no interior das escolas pesquisadas, de discursos marcados por uma compreensão de qualidade educacional ligada a ideias mercadológicas e empresariais, resultantes da forte atuação destes setores no desenho das atuais políticas educacionais e que tem contribuído para um novo significado de educação e de ser educado.
