Abstract
English Abstract: Along with the launch of “Outline Development Plan for the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area”, the Greater Bay area is facing new opportunities of development. The main strategic goal of the development in this region is to create the fourth largest Bay Area economics in the world and the world-class metropolitan areas. However, the Greater Bay area still faces a number of problems, such as lack of innovation-driven factor, irrational strategies of industrial distribution, the polarization of “core-peripheral cities” and the homogenization of urban development. In order to explore a new mode of regional development, the future goal of the Greater Bay area has to insist on the innovation-driven path of development, to take advantage of industrial collaboration, and to strengthen the innovation system and networks.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one teacher head, not a consensus.
