Abstract
Dans le cadre de la lutte contre le Covid-19, certaines régions italiennes ont tenté d’imposer la vaccination contre la grippe à des catégories vulnérables de la population. Mais c’était sans compter des recours au terme desquels les juges ont rappelé que de telles obligations sanitaires ne relevaient pas de la compétence des présidents de région.
