Abstract
This article is focused on understanding the ethical and moral dimension of\npublic management, based on the indissoluble link between human nature and\nmanagement of public organizations. For this, a hermeneutic process was\nconducted, which aims to understand, describe and interpret the communication\nand symbolic interaction shapes the intersubjective meaning and individual human\nbeing. This methodological resource scaffold served to establish a shared vision\nthat promotes behavior consonant with ethical and moral demands that\nincreasingly involves society and provide a framework for daily life in the public\nmanager. Among the most important conclusions of the investigation include the\nobvious need to find new and better ways of coexistence and organizational\neffectiveness within the framework of right and fair, not only as an individual\nexercise of rationality, but also as an obvious necessity, which represents a\nchallenge for public management.
