La présente étude porte sur les profils de répercussions sexuelles observés chez des femmes victimes d’une agression sexuelle à l’âge adulte (ASA). Ces profils sont comparés selon diverses caractéristiques sociodémographiques et la sécurité d’attachement des participantes. L’échantillon est formé de 150 femmes victimes d’ASA qui ont répondu à des questionnaires en ligne. L’analyse de profils latents fait ressortir quatre profils distincts de répercussions sexuelles : détresse, compulsion, dysfonction et bien-être. Les résultats d’ANOVAs et d’un khicarré suggèrent que le statut relationnel, l’anxiété d’abandon et l’évitement de l’intimité sont associés à des profils spécifiques de séquelles sexuelles de l’ASA. Les résultats obtenus permettent de mieux cibler les principaux symptômes sexuels à examiner et à traiter chez des femmes victimes d’ASA. Ils appuient l’intérêt de considérer ces variables associées lors d’interventions offertes aux victimes d’ASA.
