Abstract
Evaluamos por su significado fisiológico y el mejor mérito estadístico de los modelos bi-y tri-exponenciales y la cinética (constante de tiempo τ, s) de la tensión transitoria contráctil (g) inducida con KCl 40 mM (Tensión[On]) en anillos aortotorácicos de cuatro grupos de ratas Wistar macho (4Gs) de 4.5, 6, 13.5 y 16.2 semanas de edad.El mejor ajuste se obtuvo con el tri-exponencial que distinguió tres diferentes fases cinéticas esperadas (τ Φ1 < τ Φ2 < τ Φ3) en cada grupo (p < 0.05) pero fueron independientes de la edad (4Gs, n = 24, p > 0.05): rápida (33.5 ± 15.2), moderadamente rápida (137.0 ± 43.0) y lenta (281.0 ± 287.0) respectivamente.Esta respuesta trifásica exponencial (τ1 < τ2 < τ3) puede estar relacionada con tres eventos de la dinámica del calcio intracelular tradicionales de la Tensión[On] inducida por despolarización muscular arterial.
