Abstract
Este artigo parte da ideia de que a escola e o lugar mais adequado para se trabalhar as praticas da educacao ambiental, pois tem forte influencia para transformar os impactos causados pela sociedade. O artigo apresenta sugestoes de como trabalhar com a educacao ambiental com conteudos, metodologias, recursos didaticos e avaliacao, partindo de relacoes cotidianas e integrando conhecimentos. Questiona sobre uma nova escola, novo professor, novo aluno, novo sistema, novo curriculo e sobre a ecopedagogia, ambas com visao de mudancas gerando novas atitudes e comportamentos que estao alem da educacao formal, construindo lentamente uma cultura da sustentabilidade.
