To develop new types of crystalline proton conducting materials for fuel cells, a polyoxometalate-based hydrogen-bonded organic framework (PHOF) based on Keggin-type [PMo 12 O 40 ] 3− and phenylimidazole (PHOF 1 ) has been prepared.
