Jared Young, PsyD, CAC, LCSW, CCM, is the Chair-Elect of the Commission for Case Manager Certification (CCMC), the first and largest nationally accredited organization that certifies more than 48,000 professional case managers and nearly 2,300 disability management specialists. He is the founder and practitioner of an outpatient behavioral health practice in Camp Hill, PA, and has more than 20 years of clinical experience in mental health and substance abuse treatment, and behavioral health and physical health managed care.
