Abstract
Dans un contexte où les controverses et crises sanitaires liées à l’alimentation augmentent, on observe une méfiance croissante des consommateurs envers la qualité des aliments et les risques alimentaires. En nous appuyant sur les théories en communication des organisations autour des dispositifs, la communication de crise et les risques, nous observons les différents niveaux d’agencement des savoirs produits autour de l’alimentation. Pour ce faire, ce travail interroge précisément les différents niveaux et moyens de réponse déployés dans le cadre d’une crise alimentaire, celle du « scandale des œufs contaminés au fipronil » à l’été 2017. Face à une critique importante de la réponse institutionnelle, d’autres acteurs proposent leur propre réponse et construisent de nouveaux dispositifs autour de l’enjeu d’une transparence accrue.
