El experto alimentario frente al lego: una aproximación antropológica

Abstract
Desde una perspectiva antropologica se analiza la relacion experto-lego en el contexto alimentario. Reflexionamos sobre la construccion del rol experto y como la legislacion sanitario-alimentaria legitima el papel hegemonico del mismo. En el mismo sentido, analizamos la legitimacion y aceptacion de la autoridad experta frente a las distintas tipologias en la relacion experto-lego. Concluimos que el experto depende del lego para mantener su posicion. Asimismo, al analizar los tipos de control experto-lego nos encontramos con cuatro modelos: el paternalista, el clientelista, el modelo de mutualidad y el modelo ausente. Uno de los aspectos interesantes de este trabajo es la justificacion del uso del lenguaje cientifico por parte del experto en la legitimacion de este frente al lego
