Abstract
Depuis novembre 2018, les publications Facebook de l’imam Ahmadou Makhtar Kanté agitent une partie de la société sénégalaise et les milieux médiatiques et religieux. À travers ses posts , l’imam commente l’actualité et alimente des polémiques sur des sujets aussi variés que l’orientation sexuelle d’un chanteur populaire, le rôle des femmes dans la société, l’influence française dans la politique sénégalaise ou l’inauguration d’une nouvelle mosquée de la confrérie mouride à Dakar. Agissant en auto-entrepreneur médiatique, son usage des réseaux socionumériques lui permet d’influencer l’agenda médiatique du Sénégal. Notre contribution propose de caractériser la forme de communication particulière et la stratégie « agendatique » employée par celui que nous nommons « l’imam 2.0 ».
