Les études mettant en relation la démarche RSE et les théories de la gouvernance de l’entreprise (Charreaux, 2006; Cespa et Cestone, 2007) ont permis d’expliquer dans le contexte algérien l’élargissement du pouvoir des managers et la privatisation des entreprises (Gana-Oueslati et Labaronne, 2011). Malgré la pertinence de ces recherches, nous montrons que l’entreprise n’est pas réductible à des noeuds de contrats. Elle est aussi un lieu de changements et d’apprentissages (Argyris et Schön, 2002; March, 1991). Dans le contexte d’une entreprise publique algérienne, nous proposons d’apprécier les apprentissages provenant de la certification à la norme ISO 9001.
