El presente artículo se enfoca en varias narrativas argentinas del inicio del siglo XXI que utilizan prácticas discursivas queer para reapropiar y resignificar algunos de los espacios urbanos ligados con el sistema patriarcal heteronormativo. En términos teóricos se partirá de ciertos conceptos epistemológicos de Henri Lefebvre y Michel Foucault relacionados con el espacio – la producción de espacio, los espacios representacionales y la heterotopía – y de sus reinterpretaciones consecuentes para demostrar que los textos de escritores como Gerardo González y Facundo R. Soto logran crear nuevos paradigmas y espacios queer que amenazan las nociones tradicionales del planeamiento urbano patriarcal.
